RESPONSIBILITIES AND DETAILS:  
  • Partner with Managing Member and hiring managers to understand talent needs and plan recruiting strategies to align with business priorities.
  • Own and lead a results-focused talent acquisition function that emphasizes speed, quality, and candidate experience. 
  • Successfully utilize and execute a multi-regional, multi-faceted recruiting strategy, operational rigor, utilization of cutting-edge technologies.
  • Hire, train and supervise in-house recruiting team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with senior leaders to ensure timely, high-impact hiring aligned with evolving business needs.
  • Use data and metrics to influence decisions, identify trends, and inform recruiting strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university required.

  • Proven experience Leading the Talent Acquisition Strategy in a private fast-growing manufacturing/industrial/construction environment.
  • Deep knowledge of talent acquisition best practices from sourcing and interviewing to closing candidates.
  • Tech savy with MS Office Suite expertise; subject matter expert with ATS systems, cutting-edge recruitment software/platforms and analytic tools; HRIS integration and the proven ability to utilize/ leverage current tools and ever-changing technologies that support talent acquisition functions.
  • Create/maintain accounting spreadsheets, budgets, cost analysis and create appropriate analysis and reports as required.
  • Proficient in English with excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to complete complex work that requires continuous, concentrated mental and visual effort to plan and problem solve; travel by way of commercial aircraft; routinely lift 10-50 pounds;  some exposure to hazardous materials and equipment, and maneuver around moving objects, vehicles and machinery.
