RESPONSIBILITIES AND DETAILS:
- Lead a nationwide team of regional field service supervisors, ensuring exceptional service, support, and installations.
- Drive operational improvements and efficiency, manage and improve all service functions related to industrial equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Provide technical guidance in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems—both hands-on and remotely.
- Responsible for meeting all service goals, revenue targets, and avoiding contractual penalties.
- Travel frequently throughout the U.S. (up to 50%, including overnight stays) to oversee operations and support regional teams.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold our mission, vision, and quality standards.
- Ensure full compliance with military base access and federal contract requirements.
- Must pass a background check and have a clean driving record for military and government site access.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience managing industrial field service operations and leading multi-regional service teams.
- High integrity, dependable leadership style, and strong decision-making skills.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role with hands-on technical knowledge.
- Familiar with electro-mechanical, plumbing, and electronic systems.
- Able to interpret budgets, cost reports, and create operational analysis.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems and QuickBooks preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in English.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- The job is considered medium-to-heavy in nature and involves walking, maneuvering around moving objects/machinery, standing, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, balancing, lifting, digging, pushing or raising, objects and also involves exerting between 20 and 50 pounds of force on a recurring basis and 50 to 100 pounds of force on an occasional basis. Ability to work outside under various environmental conditions, may include some exposure to hazardous materials and equipment. Ability to climb ladders with 300 lb. weight limit.
